Hi!

I hope someone can help me! If you answer in German, please use easy words as my German is rusty… :laugh:

I have a problem with my Surpresso. The lights are on, the coffee grinder works, the machine moves and sounds good – but no coffee comes out where it should, all the water comes out straight in the bowl below.

Any tips?

Hi Anna,
I had the same problem recently. As I could not access the boiling unit I had to send the machine to the Siemens service. They said they found two faulty valves, Drainage Valve and Three-Way-Valve being leaky. They charged 155,90 € flat, plus transport.
Hope this helps a little…

Sure, Anna!
In German this is called „Dreiwege-Ventil“.
I am not sure though whether or not this might be coming in combination with Drainage valve!?

I could imagine that it is in fact a combo. Again, this is only my guessing.
