Meine cafe prima, hat folgendes Problem. Bein einschalten der Maschine ist Motor sehr leise und langsam und geht meistens auch gleich auf störung. Beim Kaffeebezug bleibt der gemahlene Kaffee in der Brühgruppe liegen und sie kommt schon gar nicht zum brühen. Motor oder Brühgruppe bleibt zwischendrin stehen u nd geht auf störung. Brühgruppe leichtgängig an der mechanik. Heißwasserbezug geht. Hat jemand ne idee.

– Kaffeesatzbehälter. Der verbrauchte Kaffeesatz aus den Bohnen wird in diesem Behältnis aufgefangen. Der Kaffeesatz ist so gut wie trocken und zu „Tabs“ gepresst. Dadurch ist er einfach zu leeren. Die Leerung sollte aber täglich erfolgen, sonst hat man bald Schimmel. Sollte sich doch mal Schimmel gebildet haben – ist mir auch schon mal passiert – empfehle ich zur Spülung des Satzbehälters einen Chlorreiniger.
– Wasserbehälter. In dem Wasserbehälter passen 1,7 Liter Wasser rein. Es darf nur kaltes Leitungswasser verwendet werden (kein Mineralwasser etc. und kein warmes Wasser). In Gebieten mit sehr hartem Wasser ist es ratsam, regelmäßig zu entkalken.
– Bohenbehälter. Er fasst 350 Gramm Bohnen. Bei der Auswahl der Bohnen ist aber darauf zu achten, nur solche zu kaufen die für solche Automaten geeignet sind und nicht mit Zucker geröstet sind. In den Bohnenbehälter darf niemals Wasser oder eine andere Flüssigkeit geraten – das Gerät könnte stark beschädigt werden.
– Brühgruppe. Das Herzstück des Gerätes. Es ist einfach zu reinigen. Es muss nur mit viel Wasser durchgespült werden. Darauf ist auch zu achten, dass die beiden Edelstahlsiebe frei von Kaffeesatz sind. Bei der Reinigung der Brühgruppe darf kein Spülmittel oder ähnliches verwendet werden, da sonst das Schmierfett mit weggespült wird.
Entkalkung. Kommt ganz darauf an, wie hart das Wasser ist. Es ist aber ratsam in bestimmten Abständen zu entkalken, um die Lebensdauer zu verlängern. Ich habe nach etwa 2 Monaten Laufzeit das erste Mal entkalkt. Es darf kein Essig zum Entkalken verwendet werden. Ich habe einen speziellen Entkalker von Saeco verwendet.
