Hallo und guten Abend,
Ich weiß leider nicht mehr weiter, ich habe bei meiner Z5, das Problem, das die Milch nicht richtig angesaugt wird, der Auslass spuckt und spritz nur rum. Nach kurzer Zeit, wenn man das Spritzen nicht unterbricht, schafft die Maschine dann doch die Milch korrekt auszugeben
Ich habe den Capputore schon über Nacht eingelegt, schon geschaut ob irgentwie an den Schläuchen was undicht ist, aber es sieht alles trocken aus.
Hab schon 2 x entkalkt.
Was mir aufgefallen ist, wenn man die Maschine aussachaltet und der Capputore durchgespült wird, kommt anfang Wasserdampf, ich meine das da immer nur Heißwasser kam.Hoffe mir kann jemand einen Tipp geben

hast du schon mal das Luftansauglöchchen kontrolliert?
Du findest es am Aufschäumer oben in dem kleinen schwarzen Plastik Pilzköpfchen.
Da ist seitlich unterhalb des Pilzkopfes eine kleine kegelförmige Vertiefung die in der Mitte ein ca 0,5mm dünnes Loch hat (Ansaugöffnung). Die verstopft gerne mal – mit ne’m dünnen Bürstenhaar bekommt man die wieder schön frei und dann sollte dein Problem behoben sein.Schöne Grüße

Nein es liegt leider nicht an der Düse, ich habe bereits nun den Dampfdurchlauferhitzer, das Keramikventil, beide Auslaßventile und die Schlaäuche erneuert, Selbst eine andere Cap-Düse habe ich versucht, Mitten im Milchbezug lässt irgentwie der Druck nach
MfGPumpe ok?
Selbst die Pumpe mit Membranregler habe ich auch schon gewechselt
Beim Tausch der Heizung auch den Thermosensor getauscht?

Jetzt hab ich gesehen, das es für die Z5 einen speziellen Regler gibt, hat dieser Regler vielleicht ein anderes Druckverhalten oder Durchlass? Könnte der Druck deshalb vielleicht während des Bezuges abfallen?

ich grabe den Beitrag mal wieder aus, da ich eigentlich das gleiche Problem habe.Manchmal funktioniert alles einwandfrei mit dem Cappu-Milchschaum, ein anderes mal spuckt die Z5 rum was das Zeug hält.
Bisher habe ich ohne Besserung die Dampf-Heizung und das Keramikventil (dies war defintiv defekt) getauscht.
Wir haben die komplette Düse zwei mal. Eigentlich wird sie immer gereinigt (deshalb auch 2 Stück).
Ich habe den Eindruck das der erste Cappu mit gereinigter und über Nacht richtig getrockneter Düse gelingt. Spätere folgende dann nur mit rumgespucke.
Woran kann es noch liegen bzw. wie kann ich den Fehler finden?
