Hallo und Guten Tag,

ich habe ein Problem mit meiner Jura E25 und hoffe das mir jemand einen Tipp geben kann was ich als nächstes tun kann um den Fehler zu beheben. Das Problem ist das der Fehler nicht immer auftritt, sondern nur ca. jeden 2 oder 3 Tag. Hier die Fehlerbeschreibung:

1. Die Jura macht nach dem Einschalten die Geräusche als würde Sie spülen, jedoch kommt das Wasser nicht vorne in der Tasse raus sondern im Auffangbehalter (nicht Tester). Spüle ich noch einmal geht es meist wieder.

2. Das Gleiche passiert teils beim Kaffee Bezug. Maschine mahlt den Kaffee, jedoch läuft das Wasser in den Auffangbehälter. Der Kaffee, welcher in den Trester fällt ist trocken. Wie bereits gesagt, macht das die Maschine nicht immer.

Das wurde bereits gemacht:

– Drenage Ventil gereinigt und Revisionskit (Dichtungen) eingebaut.
– Auslaufventil gegen ein neues getauscht.
– Brüheinheit wurde vor ca. 1,5 Jahren gegen eine Neue ausgetauscht.

Fehler ist gefunden. Es war der weisse Deckel am Dainageventil. Dieser war nicht mehr fest mit der Metalstange verbunden, somit ist diese nicht immer sauber mit hin und her geschoben worden.
